Our training options...
Ensuring your management and staff receive appropriate compliance training is a requirement of the FCA's regulations. We offer two options, a market-leading e-learning platform Cosegic Portal and bespoke classroom training and workshops.
Online training with Cosegic Portal
Most FCA firms use an e-learning platform to provide and evidence their staff training. Our market-leading online system has over 5,000 active users. It covers the obligatory modules in FCA Principles, Anti-Money Laundering and Treating Customers Fairly as well as more specific role requirements. Key features include:
- Training, assessment and certification;
- CPD accredited courses;
- Training that moves at your pace, not the systems
- Detailed audit trails, user records and competence reporting;
- Automated email reminders.
Classroom training
Firms that require a higher-level, more in-depth training experience can book classroom training and workshops. Our classroom training sessions can be run in house or online via teams/zoom call depending on your preference. These sessions can cover all areas of compliance including:
- Consumer Duty;
- AML/CTF;
- Payment services/PSD2;
- SMCR conduct rules;
- Culture and ethics; and
- Board briefings that help firms consider their risk and compliance planning and strategies.
