Talking Regulation: Cosegic's response to FCA CP 24/28

Recent banking app failures have raised the profile of operational resilience and its importance, but people may have missed the fact that in the run up to Christmas last year the FCA issued a consultation paper CP 24/28 https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/consultation/cp24-28.pdf on Operational Incident and Third Party Reporting which has real relevance for payments firms. 


The deadline for responses is 13 March and we at Cosegic felt it important that we give our view on the proposals.
