Solutions — Training — GDPR Training

GDPR Training.

Get in touch
In a world where privacy expectations are rising and regulations are tightening, understanding data protection isn’t optional—it’s business-critical. We cut through the legal jargon to help your teams make sense of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the real world—in their roles, their decisions, and their day-to-day interactions with data.

When teams understand the reasoning behind GDPR—not just the fear of fines—they become more likely to engage with their duties.

THE GOLD STANDARD FOR DATA PRIVACY.

GDPR is fundamentally about respecting people and their right to privacy—we help you turn these principles into a powerful business advantage. Our practical and engaging training sessions go beyond an overview of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to show your team exactly how data protection applies to their everyday work and why it’s important. Covering everything from understanding data subject rights and best practices for handling personal data to managing consent and avoiding breaches.

GDPR training FAQs

GDPR training does not have a fixed expiration date. However, we recommend employees complete annual refresher training to stay updated on any changes to data protection regulations and best practices. In some cases, businesses may also conduct training more frequently if significant changes occur within the company or in the legal landscape.

Under the rules of GDPR, there is no specific minimum number of employees required for compliance. However, certain businesses may need to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) if they meet specific criteria.

Under GDPR, all staff who handle personal data or are involved in processing, managing, or storing personal information should receive training. This ensures these employees understand their responsibilities regarding data protection, can recognise potential risks, and know how to handle personal data securely.
