Talking Regulation: Cosegic's response to FCA CP 24/20

The last quarter of 2024 was dominated by coverage on APP Fraud and the FCA’s Safeguarding Consultation Paper. On the latter, we hope we have, in our recent webinar on the subject, helped stimulate careful thought and discussion on the FCA’s proposals, such that Payment Institutions and E-money Institutions were able to give reasoned responses to the questions posed by the FCA in the CP.

Read our response

Whilst we wait for the FCA to pore over the expected deluge of responses, before finalising changes and communicating them to the industry, we’ll have one last go at picking at the bones of the CP (and plenty other topics beside) at our Regulatory Payments Forum on 29 January.
